Your complete guide from application to your first day in class.
Go to the email address you registered with and look for our email about your Form 2 documents. If it's not in your inbox, open your Spam or Junk folder — it often lands there first.

Open the email and click "Report not spam". This makes sure every future email from us — updates, approvals and other forms — arrives straight in your inbox instead of spam.

Use the secure link in that email to upload the documents we ask for. The exact list is different for each program, so only the documents that apply to you will be shown. Items marked "Required now" must be attached before submitting; the rest can be uploaded later using the same link.

Next, you'll receive an email introducing your student portal (the website where your classes and materials live) with simple, step-by-step instructions on how to create your account and log in.

Sign up / log in to the portal using the exact same email you applied with. Your account then waits for an admin to approve it. Important: if you have NOT paid the admission fee, you will not be approved — please pay it first. If you've already paid, simply wait for approval.

Once an admin approves you, you'll receive a confirmation email. If it's not in your inbox, check the Spam folder again and click "Report not spam" so you keep receiving our emails.

There are TWO separate systems: one for Bachelor's Degree students and one for Master's & PhD students. Choose ONLY the one you enrolled in — Degree students pick the Degree hub, Master's/PhD students pick the Master's hub. Do not select both unless you are genuinely enrolled in both.

After entering your hub, open your profile from the dashboard and fill it in completely so our team can reach you and guide you on exactly which courses to take.

Add all the required information and (for Bachelor's students) specify exactly which Bachelor's degree you chose, then click Save changes. This lets us track your progress and update you easily — without it, communicating with you is much harder.
